The Korea Anti-Doping Agency(KADA) was established in Nov 13 2006, under the Article 32, Civil Act(Incorporation of Non-profit-making Juristic Person and Permission thereof), and became a statutory Corporation under the Article 35, National Sports Promotion Act(Establishment of Korea Anti-Doping Agency) in June 22, 2007.
